3Story Evangelism®

3 Story is an approach to faith sharing that takes the edge off evangelism. We leave the formulas in chemistry class, the proven methods for the marketing gurus, and talk about God. We're not about telling people about Jesus, but rather connecting with people around Jesus.
“Three Story Evangelism” is a very natural way to share Christ with those God has placed in your life, by listening to “their story,” sharing “your story,” and telling “God’s story.”

Their Story – Listen first
Asking questions, listening to their answers, and gaining an understanding of their need for Jesus helps us know how to share Jesus. By listening and showing we care, we earn the right to be heard.
No one cares what you think, they care about what they think. If you care about what they think too, they’ll value your opinion.

My Story – Your testimony
As you get to know students, they will want to know more about you. As they hear your story, they will see that you need Jesus just as much as they do. They will see the difference it makes to have a relationship with Christ.
Your story has 3 parts – Before I met Christ, How I met Christ, Since I met Christ – simple.

His Story – Sharing the Gospel
Sharing your story will lead directly into sharing God’s story. This personal communication of the Gospel will give others the opportunity to make an informed decision to become a follower of Jesus.
